Home Inspection
A home inspection is an impartial, visual evaluation of the overall condition of a home conducted by our knowledgeable home inspector to identify items that need to be repaired or replaced. Our inspection gives a detailed report on the condition of the structural components, exterior, roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, insulation / ventilation and interiors within our scope.

Wind Mitigation Inspection
A wind mitigation inspection often can save you $$ on the windstorm portion of your home insurance policy. Our qualified home inspector looks for construction features that have been proven to reduce losses in hurricanes, such as roof design, roof covering, roof to wall attachments, secondary water barrier and door/window opening protection.

Four (4) Point Inspection
A four point inspection is often required when obtaining a new homeowner's insurance policy, or when renewing an existing policy on homes 30 years or older. Our home inspector will conduct a limited visual home inspection of the four major components of a home: heating/air conditioning system, roof, electrical and plumbing.

Wood Destroying Organism (WDO) - Termite Inspection
A (WDO) inspection, often know as a termite inspection is typically required by VA/FHA lenders but is a good idea to have performed for all home purchases. A licensed WDO inspector will be scheduled by SHIS to conduct a minimally invasive/visual inspection of the home at time of home inspection for signs of previous damage, active and/or evidence of WDOs. Including issues that attract such structural pests.
Streamline Home Inspection Services LLC is not a licensed pest control company and does not provide WDO inspection/report, treatment and/or repairs if evidence is found.

Water Testing
A water test is often required by VA/FHA lenders when the home is on well water. It is a good idea to have performed for all home purchases that are on a well water to understand what harmful chemicals may be in your groundwater. Also a good idea to have one performed for homes on city water and/or with older plumbing for a piece of mind regarding your drinking water. Our inspector will collect the necessary water samples needed and promptly submit to an independent approved lab for testing. Results are typically received in 5-10 business days.
